Our story
Exquisite Flooring Perth was founded on a simple belief: every home deserves floors that are both beautiful and built to last. Owner Keith has spent more than 30 years perfecting his craft across Perth and the surrounding regions, working on everything from modest renovations to high-end custom builds.
What started as a one-man operation has grown into a trusted name in Perth flooring — but the values have never changed. Every job is treated with the same care and attention to detail, whether it's a single room or an entire home.
We work directly with homeowners, builders, and interior designers to deliver flooring solutions that suit every style, budget, and lifestyle. From the first measure-up to the final polish, you deal with us — not a subcontractor.
W.A. Home of the Year Installation Award
We're proud to have been recognised with the W.A. Home of the Year Installation Award — one of the most prestigious accolades in the Western Australian building and renovation industry. This recognition reflects our commitment to exceptional craftsmanship and our dedication to delivering results that exceed expectations.
How we work
Craftsmanship first
Every board, plank, and stair tread is laid with precision. We don't cut corners — we cut flooring.
Honest advice
We'll tell you what flooring suits your home, your lifestyle, and your budget — even if it's not the most expensive option.
Clean, tidy work
We respect your home. Our team works cleanly, protects your belongings, and leaves the site spotless.
Local knowledge
Perth's climate is unique. We know which products perform best in our heat, humidity, and underfloor conditions.
